They are looking for highly motivated and self-driven candidates to fill these positions in their main office in Nairobi:
Property Agency Service Assistant
Reporting to the Director of Property Agency Services, the incumbent is responsible for undertaking the clerical duties in the department and assist in the smooth co-ordination of the various key roles of the department
Keep track of production for advertising materials such as fliers and brochures
Enter new contact names, addresses, and emails from information request, open house guest books and other sources in the database
Carry out clerical tasks in the department
Undertake a variety of administrative duties; i.e. ordering stationery and supplies, accepting deliveries, screening phone calls and making copies
Follow up on letters/mail-shots with phone calls to ensure customers received the same correspondence
Qualifications, Experience and knowledge:
A Bachelors degree in a related field
Basic real estate training
Minimum 3 years experience in a busy real estate office
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of English, both written and verbal
